Questions about an official Stevens County docket, court date, or case file belong with the office that maintains the record. For district cases, that is usually the Stevens County District Court Clerk. Municipal matters stay with the city court named on the notice. This private resource does not act for either court. The routes below distinguish public search help from requests that only a clerk or judge can address.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following official route for each common Stevens County request:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
